Couple's retreat with great service
So, the butler service was just very nice. I mean they brought me two different pillows while we were off dining. Also the staff at the restaurant were genuinely caring.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but honestly worth it.

The ocean view one-bedroom suite was spacious and super clean, equipped with air conditioning, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. The pools felt amazing under the sun, and the spa offered top-notch massages and beauty treatments. Room service was 24/7, perfect for late-night cravings! Plus, the staff remembered our names and drink orders, making us feel special!

The Sunset Plaza Beach Resort has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach. Staff members were super friendly, particularly Louis, who always kept our drinks filled. The 24-hour room service became a lifesaver, especially enjoying a cheeseburger at midnight. It would have been great to have some music to lighten the mood as it felt quiet at times. Service in the restaurants was inconsistent. a few times my meals arrived late or not at all. Despite these issues, the food quality was impressive, and the variety kept meals exciting. The resort itself was clean, and the staff’s efforts to help were genuinely appreciated. I felt safe and well cared for, although cell service was spotty, making it hard to stay connected.
